before your next walk?

How do I switch between the light modes?

Use the button on the collar to cycle through steady glow, slow flash and fast flash.

How do I recharge it?

Recharge through the micro-USB port on the control unit. Remove the collar from your dog before charging, keep the port dry, and close its cover before use.

Can my dog wear it in the rain?

The collar is water-resistant for splashes. It is not designed for swimming or full immersion. Remove it before bathing or swimming.

Which colour should I choose?

Choose Orange, Green, Pink, Red or Blue using the selector above. If you walk more than one dog, different colours can help you tell them apart in low light.

Is this a GPS tracker?

No. LumiLux helps make your dog easier to see through its LED light. It does not track your dog’s location or connect to an app.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog’s neck where the collar sits and allow room for two fingers underneath. If you are unsure which option to select, email contact@getlumilux.com with the measurement before ordering.
