LumiLux™ – Product Instructions & Safety Information
Last updated: 04/12/2025
LumiLux™ headlamps are designed for hands-free lighting in everyday life and outdoor situations.
Please read these guidelines carefully before use and keep them for future reference.
1. General Information
-
“We”, “our” or “LumiLux” refers to the LumiLux™ brand and its official website getlumilux.com.
-
By using our products, you agree to use them responsibly, in accordance with these instructions and with local laws.
-
Our lights are intended for personal and recreational use (walking, dog-walking, camping, DIY, etc.). They are not designed as medical, industrial, rescue or life-saving equipment.
2. Product Use & Safety
-
Always wear the headlamp so that the beam is pointing away from your own and other people’s eyes.
-
Never stare directly into the LEDs and never let children shine the light into someone’s face.
-
Children may use the product only under adult supervision.
-
Do not use the light while driving a vehicle or in any situation where distraction could cause an accident.
-
Do not modify, open or disassemble the product. Any modification voids the warranty and may create a safety risk.
3. Battery & Charging Safety
Your LumiLux™ headlamp is USB-rechargeable (no disposable batteries required).
Charging:
-
Charge only with a 5V USB power source (phone charger, computer USB port, power bank).
-
Use a cable in good condition. Stop using the cable if you see damage or exposed wires.
-
Do not charge the lamp on flammable surfaces (bed, sofa, pillow, etc.). Place it on a dry, hard, stable surface.
-
Do not leave the lamp charging unattended for long periods or overnight.
-
Stop using and charging the product immediately if you notice: strong heat, strange smell, smoke, swelling, or unusual noises. Unplug the cable and contact our support.
Temperature & environment:
-
Do not charge or use the product in very hot or very cold environments (below 0°C / 32°F or above 40°C / 104°F).
-
Keep the product away from fire, radiators, stoves or other heat sources.
-
Never throw the product or the battery into fire.
4. Water & Environmental Conditions
-
LumiLux™ headlamps are splash-resistant for normal outdoor use (light rain, humidity), but they are not designed for immersion.
-
Do not submerge the product in water, do not use it for diving, swimming or in showers.
-
If the lamp becomes wet, turn it off, unplug any cable and let it dry completely at room temperature before reuse.
-
Avoid sand, dust and mud getting into the charging port – this may affect performance or damage the lamp.
5. Storage & Maintenance
-
Turn the headlamp off and allow it to cool down before storing it.
-
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
-
If you will not use the product for several months, charge it to about 50–70% before storage and recharge it every 3–6 months to help preserve battery health.
-
Clean the headband and the lamp body with a soft, slightly damp cloth only. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

-

-
failure to follow these instructions,
